inconsistent experience at this hotel
beach locationflooded bathroom floorcold meal
the location near the beach was acceptable.
my bathroom wasnt practical. the water flooded the floor after showers. a motorbike convention took over the facilities and service went downhill. i paid 42€ for a cold meal and didnt get dessert.

The hotel features two swimming pools with many loungers. an indoor pool and spa is also available! the reception team was friendly. i appreciated the spacious bar area. Plus the outside pool bar served snacks. access to the promenade from the hotel grounds made walks easy.
The bathroom layout lacked privacy. It felt very modern, but impractical.

The hotel is close to the promenade and beach, offering convenient access. the area around the hotel has a well kept garden with plenty of open spaces. it felt clean and safe. I enjoyed it!

The staff was really nice, the nicest i've ever seen in a hotel! a few names stood out like alicia, ariana, and andrea. They were very helpful. rooms are cleaned daily. i liked the breakfast with plenty of options.

The hotel grounds were immaculate and very clean. the two large pools had plenty of sunbeds available. our connecting superior rooms were huge and comfortable. They were cleaned daily. breakfast offered many choices, perfect for my family of four.
i found that the arcade room only had a couple of gaming machines, and we needed to pay to use them.

The food situation was a total letdown. i paid a fortune for a three course meal, but it came out cold. the buffet was also not available the first night, wich sucked. the breakfast buffet didn't impress neither. Most of the food that should have been hot was lukewarm or even cold. i won't even start with the price of drinks, a single jack daniels with ice was an absolute rip-off.
