infinity pools helpful staff

The grounds have palm trees and flowers. three infinity pools featured sun beds. It was lovely to walk through the resort. the staff was helpful.

ocean bungalow breakfast buffet tranquil views

I stayed in a beautiful ocean bungalow and the view was amazing! the breakfast buffet offered so many choices. The fresh fruit selection was very nice, and i loved the egg station. the resort has three restaurants, each with tasty food. the grounds are beautifully kept, i really liked the tranquil views.

the poolside service felt a little slow sometimes. it was not a big deal

poor soundproofing dirty floor

I experienced issues with soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors through the walls each night. This impacted my ability to rest. I found no slippers in the room after arriving for one night so I had to ask at reception to get them. The floor seemed not clean when I first entered.
