a stay with some hiccups

decent breakfastclosed spaunhelpful staff
the breakfast was decent, with a lot of options to choose from.
the spa was closed, a major reason i chose this hotel. the reception staff weren't exactly rude but at times they seemed unhelpful was great. also, is it too much to ask for a room to change in if you have a late checkout?

good breakfastlimited selectiondated decor
the breakfast was good with many options.
the fresh fruit selection seemed limited, and there was no tea or coffee provided even though the room had a kettle? the family room also lacked bedside lighting, and the decor felt quite dated. it wasn't what i expected, honestly.

The hotel room was a superior suite. It came with a well-equipped kitchen. Good WiFi was available in the rooms. Air conditioning was effective.
The welcome from reception was cold. I did not even receive a welcome to the hotel. The swimming pool needs repairs, as the rails are not safe. I slipped on the ramp, so the tiling needs changing for safety reasons.
