the staff were friendly, it was acceptable.

the room felt quite cold when i first entered. also, the reception wasn't available after 10 pm which was a little inconvenient. there wasn't a remote control for the tv in the room either, and that took a while to sort out, that bothered me.

The staff were lovely and cute! My room had fresh towels, which I really liked. The bed linen was also super clean.

The streets around the hotel were noisy late into the night, a bit disruptive. I found the street parking ticket machine showed one price yet charged another higher price.

The location is close to the seafront! The theatres are also within walking distance. The staff were helpful. They were polite too. This hotel provides very good service.
