constant noise weak shower

My 'Standard Single Room' was next to the lift. The noise was constant! The television had terrible sound. I could barely understand a thing. The shower pressure was also very weak. The experience was certainly subpar.

shabby decor basic room

the staff was polite and efficient. catering was acceptable.

the decor seemed shabby. the room felt very basic, lacking even basic toiletries. i had to ask for an extra cup and glass, which seemed odd. there was no bedside lamp and the window didn't open (a bit claustrophobic, perhaps).

helpful staff excellent service lovely driver car park view cooking smell lounge entertainment

The staff were helpful. Our waitress Storm provided excellent service for the week. The driver Michael was also lovely and very helpful. The room was clean.

I had a room above the lounge. The entertainment was there. The view was of the back car park. The smell of cooking came in from 6 am.

little privacy early workmen

The breakfast was quite alright.

My 'Standard Double Room' overlooked scaffolding, and there was very little privacy. Workmen started at 8am, earlier than expected. Dirt and light rubble permeated the room.

adequate seafront stay

helpful staff good breakfast shabby room poor food

the location was right on the seafront. I had easy access to the beach. Staff were friendly AND helpful, which i appreciated. Breakfast service was good and efficient.

The room was clean BUT shabby. It needed decorating. Evening meals were not as good as I have had previously. The food lacked variety.
