i was thrilled with the water park it had multiple sliders suitable for both adults and kids. the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel impressed me greatly from the rooms to all communal areas. the staff were so friendly and helpful always smiling and ready to assist. i loved the excellent breakfast with so many choices suiting all nationalities..
the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy it made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The staff at reception was helpful. Faye made the check-in process very smooth. kung, the manager, always checked in with a smile and genuine care (i really appreciated that). the food was enjoyable.
i arrived at 6 am after a 24-hour flight. they sent someone to the room to check and said the room was fine, but i found the bed full of ants after a few hours. the hotel didn't initially offer an upgrade after this. we were offered a pint booster with pre payment to get a discount, but later discovered there was a discount anyway. they did not offer any refund on this.
