The standard twin room included a functional air conditioner, a tv, and a mini fridge. daily complimentary water bottles were provided which i enjoyed. i liked the accessibility to tuk tuks just outside the hotel. Transport was easy to arrange.

damaged flooring mediocre breakfast

The sauna was unavailable, a disappointment since i was looking forward to it. Upon arrival, I got a room with damaged laminate flooring near the bathroom. breakfast was mediocre with little variety. It did not appear very popular among guests.

The room had a large fridge and a kettle , so I could easily store drinks and make coffee. I requested extra pillows , and the staff supplied them quickly. The room was spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and bottled water.

There was no food available to order at the pool. Room service was also not available. There was poor facility AT the pool , and no lifeguard was present.

The location was great, close to both the beach and various restaurants. the staff were helpful and friendly. They offered assistance anytime i needed it. i did appreciate the clean rooms, cleaned daily, though the swimming pool was a bit small. i really enjoyed the sauna, a nice addition to a swim.

I had problems with smoke. It came from other guests using their balconies, and my air conditioning system sucked it into my room. this WAS ANNOYING.

the location was really convenient. it was close to everything i wanted. the rooms had decent size. staff was very friendly to me . the gym was a nice bonus and i used it most days.

the tv channel choice was not good. i had a hard time finding something to watch.
