the premier lux king room was a great size. it had a private balcony with a nice ocean view. i loved having a bathtub in the bathroom.

the hot water system wasn't adequate. the water temperature during showers could be lukewarm sometimes. the buffet breakfast had limited options too.

central location comfortable beds clean bathroom helpful staff

the location was central. the comfortable beds and pillows ensured restful sleep. the bathroom and shower were very clean. the staff were helpful and friendly. the location was great though the access was tricky. the rooftop bar provided fantastic views.

the music from nearby bars could be heard in the room until late at night, and i found it difficult to sleep.

the restaurant on the 19th floor offers fine beach views. the rooftop setting enhances any meal. the extensive cocktail list includes both classic and innovative options and caters to varied tastes.

the front desk staff were very helpful. the concierge team were efficient. they assisted with requests promptly and professionally. i found the service attentive and personalized making my stay run smoothly.
