A Decent Stay
central location good breakfast hard bed ant problem
I really liked that the location was very central. I could easily walk everywhere from here! Breakfast was also good. There were two pools for kids who like water slides. They will love both pools.
The beds are quite hard and the pillows are quite hard. Tiny ants were everywhere. It was annoying! I had ants in the bathroom, in the shower, and on the walls.

The staff was GREAT. They were always smiling and ready to help. My room was cleaned every day. I felt comfortable leaving my belongings. The location was also quite convenient. It was close to many attractions. The pool area was super clean. It was great.
The hotel has two buildings, the old building, "Chic," and the new building, "Dee. The walls and lighting could be improved. my room lacked natural light. The rooftop area was very small.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, a definite plus. breakfast offered good variety. I found it exceeded my expectations. the staff was helpful. They were always ready to assist. the location is very convenient.
The wireless connection was not strong. I experienced occasional drops on my devices.

my room had robes and slippers for use , i considered it a nice touch. the room included a narrow balcony with a small drying rack and a partial sea view. the mattress was very comfortable.

Breakfast included several fruit options such as watermelon, cantaloupe, and papaya. I ate these every day. the coffee machine had multiple options. I always enjoyed a latte. i did not experience overcrowding at breakfast. The service flowed smoothly.

sizable balcony separate sinks rainfall shower
The room featured a sizable balcony. The views were lovely. i also enjoyed the large bathroom with its separate sinks! the shower included both a rainfall shower and a regular shower. I liked i could use them together. the safe opened at the top. I found access very easy.
