The location was special. It reminded me of everything was right at our doorstep. The staff showed genuine kindness. The beach was clean and featured clear water. It had white sand that gently sloped into deeper water.

The Wi-Fi connection was not stable. It seemed a connection was always available, yet it rarely worked. The air conditioning malfunctioned a couple of times. Each time, it took multiple requests before it was repaired. I found some mosquitoes and got many bites.

I totally adored our family villa. it had two separate sections. It was so convenient! the plunge pool was such a great bonus? the location on the beachfront, yet right in the heart of the action, is superb. the pool, beach and gardens were also great!

The resort is bang in the middle of town and a short drive from the airport. you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. central samui is just across the road. It is super convenient.

broken umbrella limited choices

the resort felt old, like something out of the 80s. the beach umbrellas were broken and everyone seemed to reserve loungers with towels, so finding a spot was a daily fight. breakfast was a letdown. limited choices and the orange juice always ran out, i felt really disenchanted by this.

Wonderful stay near the beach

The hotel's location was ideal. It was near shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. My room was close to both the pool and the beach, which I found very convenient. I enjoyed having easy access to the outdoor timber gym including the ice bath. It was perfect for starting my mornings.

I noticed some sun loungers needed replacing.
