poor isolation hot water
the room had very poor sound isolation i could hear cars all night this made it hard to sleep properly also there was no hot water i contacted the manager about this and he just said he would sort something out next time i visit that is not very helpful

prime location equipped kitchen super clean service safety check
The location offered convenient access to attractions and dining. our apartment had a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. the team of anil, sabin and nitesh kept everything super clean. they checked even the fire extinguisher. I am really grateful!!!
the double glazed windows did not fully block street noise.

The apartment included a washer and dryer. This hotel is near the Nakheel Mall. I found the gym has sufficient equipment.
Soundproofing is not great I could hear cars pass by.

convenient location immaculate room poor isolation antiquated equipment maintenance work
The location near the mall was very convenient for shopping. The team of cleaners, including Ramesh, Loki, Nirajan and Jyoti, kept my room immaculate. Ahmed was very nice and helpful , showing genuine care.
The noise isolation was not ideal. I could hear cars. The gym equipment was antiquated and needed updating. There was also some maintenance work occurring , causing some minor disturbance.

The apartments are spacious and have all the amenities needed.
There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the lobby, and I think it came from ongoing maintenance. The gym was antiquated with rusty equipment, so I was very disappointed.
