the location is very good, close to the zoo and the park, just across the street. the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the guy at reception. the hotel design is lovely, and i found the beds very comfortable. public transport is easily accessible from this convenient location.
the maids were a little noisy in the morning, i could hear them dropping things.

i found the beds and pillows very comfortable. everything was clean. i appreciated the convenient location near the park. the young staff proved pleasant, always ready to help with any inquiries i had.
