The staff provided excellent service. They were always helpful and attentive to my needs. I found the rooftop pool provided nice views of the surrounding area. The location is quite convenient , with easy access to public transportation.
The room showed signs of age with some wallpaper peeling. The air conditioning unit seemed inadequate to cool the room effectively.

I found the staff to be accommodating. They allowed an early check-in after my flight. Daily towel changes and room cleaning were consistent services I observed. The hotel gave my friend local chocolate and a postcard to celebrate her birthday. I noticed several thoughtful gestures .
The connecting hallway to the sister hotel felt long and winding.

I felt safe as a solo female traveller. The staff was cute and happy to help with any questions. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The hotel is close to the station, and walking from there at night felt safe.
The air conditioning was NOT working properly.

Staff displayed friendliness. They kept the room clean each day, also changed the towels I used. I liked the lemon water in the lobby, it was so refreshing. There were a bakery and a burger joint close by for quick bites.
The walls are thin. I heard every noise from the hallway and the neighboring rooms.
