good stay with minor drawbacks

The spacious room featured a great view. I was pleased with that. the staff members were very kind and helpful . i was surprised and happy to find a bath in the room. it was a nice bonus!

the tv in the room didn't work for normal channels, a bummer. the air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted easily. i found the restaurant service terrible, and the food was just average at best.

unfriendly manager dangerous steps

the staff were kind at reception.

the breakfast manager was unfriendly, he had a bad attitude. ordering a cappuccino took about 30 minutes! the steps to the beach are dangerous with uneven depths and jagged edges.

the room was large and had a good view of the sea. the staff were very friendly and helpful (always smiling!). the meals in the restaurant were delicious and perfectly presented.

the steps down to the beach and swimming pool are uneven. this makes going up and down a challenge. the road to the hotel is uneven and has potholes.

scenic views great taste loud air conditioning dirty towels

The staff was ever so kind. They helped me book tours. The scenery was very beautiful from my room. I like the food at the restaurant. It had a great taste. The view of the beach was the best.

The air conditioning was very loud. It made sleeping so difficult. The bathroom had a smell of bad drainage and was not pleasant. The towels were old. They had holes and stains. The shampoo and shower gel were switched.
