gentle staff pristine rooms soft beds worn paint broken flush stuck lights
i find the staff really gentle, they are very warm. the rooms are pristine and well kept. the beds are so soft, a perfect place to rest after a long travel. right nearby, there is a little restaurant with thai food, i find it exquisite.
the external paint looks quite worn. i think the flush in the toilet need a fixing. some lights in one of the wardrobes got stuck and i feel a little uncomfortable.

The breakfast service disappointed me somewhat the menu felt limited for the price I paid. I wished there was a greater variety of options available without extra charges. Also the villa seemed a bit outdated. It did not quite match the luxury suggested by the price point.

The room was amazing!!! i stayed in a suite balcony. there was a nice bed and living room with a balcony. the balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. I really liked it!
the breakfast was not the best. there were not many options and some were extra cost.

thai breakfast super clean beach bean bag huge highway no swimming remote area
the breakfast was nice especially the thai breakfast. the cleanliness was excellent. the little private beach was super clean. it was great to sunbathe with all the bean bags and little tables.
the hotel is by a huge highway. there's no place to swim there. there is nothing nearby.

wonderful room and good location!
quiet location amazing restaurant clean suite
i liked the hotel location. it was quiet. a 7-eleven was right across the street. there were two amazing restaurants down the road. the staff were very helpful. i had a clean suite with a pool and views of the beach.
The hotel could improve their refund process. I had to deal with some incompetence about it.
