i had to book an extra night, and the staff handled it so well! they were so friendly and helpful and always greeted me! even when i was just walking to the pool it was a fantastic welcome. the food was great. i loved the variety of choices and really appreciated that the restaurant closes late, because i arrived late already. i felt safe at the resort.

the gym could use some upgrades because the equipment was a little worn out. it wasn't a huge deal because everything else was so great!

The brisa restaurant had very good dishes and the breakfast was complete, watch out for the french toasts! i ate at brisa and la marina. The quality of the food was great, everything tasted so delicious.

My room was spacious and clean! i really liked the authentic design, it gave the hotel a lot of character and i really reminded me of i was experiencing the local culture. the room service was excellent. I had everything i needed.

the hotel had two nice pools! plus there was a beach and the sea to enjoy, all within the resort. there was even evening live music! i took advantage of the mini beach where they offer sports. three restaurants.

The staff was polite and kind (it's a plus, I guess).

The room seemed somewhat tired and not worth the money. Food delivery was prohibited, so I was stuck with the expensive restaurant. It reminded me of I had no choice.

the garden area around the pool and main building impressed me. the beach was super nice. breakfast was great and the staff proved attentive. friendly personnel. i appreciated the large breakfast buffet with many variety and choices.

the location is a bit far from the city. i had to rely on taxis for transportation. this made exploring beyond the resort more difficult.
