The staff was amazing.. always ready to help. I found the rooftop pool to be the best feature. The location is very convenient. It is close to many stores and restaurants.
The walls are not soundproof. I could hear outside noises. Our duvet had stains on it.. a bit disappointing. The aircon in our room had issues. It kept shutting off every few minutes or so.
