the room i got was much smaller than the pictures suggested. the floor wasn't clean, and the shelves were inadequate, causing luggage to sit on the floor. it was a struggle to even wash my face in the tiny sink.

I found a couple of issues . the breakfast area felt very cramped (it was hard to move around freely). The limited space made it difficult to access the food, especially during peak hours. the soundproofing could be better. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. This made it challenging to relax fully at times.

The staff was polite and helpful. the breakfast had a nice selection of items. i also enjoyed the afternoon refreshments that were available. It seemed like a nice little bonus. i stayed in the standard double room.

The room felt a bit dated. noise from other rooms and the hallway was noticeable. I could hear doors slamming. the shower room had some cleanliness issues. There was some visible mould.
