The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful during the entire stay. The breakfast on the beach was an added bonus to the experience. An upgrade at check-in allowed us to check in much earlier than expected!

the hotel included tickets for everyone staying in my room which was amazing. lucia assisted with both check-in and check-out her kindness and helpfulness enhanced our stay. the pool area has unexpected experiences , made for a nice time
on arrival i was informed that there was no hot water in my block which was an inconvenience. compensation offered was a possible free late check-out of four hours however this did not fully resolve the initial issue i faced. the sun bed area also has a larger paying vip area which reduced availability of hotel sun beds
