slow lifts long delays
the room was clean, i guess. everything was generally acceptable.
The lifts were SO slow. I waited ages EACH time. being on the 15th floor, the delays were just so annoying. it really added unnecessary stress to my stay.

The location was amazing. It's close to everything. the staff worked hard and everything felt really super clean.

i thought the food tasted excellent. the location offered easy access to nearby attractions. the room was quite clean, and i felt comfortable there.
The gym had limited hours. It closed a bit early for my schedule.
