excellent stay with lovely sea views

lovely view helpful staff excellent food

the hotel room had a great view of the beach. i found the staff to be very nice and helpful . the food was excellent, with varied options for every meal. the hotel was super clean, i saw cleaning staff regularly maintaining all areas.

the hairdryer in the bathroom had a short lead, a bit inconvenient.

the twin room offered a wonderful sea view from the balcony, a great feature. the room included modern fixtures and fittings. i found the shower room spacious with good water pressure.

Superb Stay Near the Beach

great view breakfast buffet

I appreciated the location of this hotel near the beach and local restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods, replenished consistently. The room was modern with a great view of the beach. Buses stop nearby, and Palma center is easily accessible.

I had one small issue with the hairdryer in the bathroom. Its lead was too short. It made drying my hair a bit difficult without getting in my husband's way.

Hotel staff provided excellent service in all departments, from reception to restaurant staff. Reception staff were helpful and informative with details on service changes and public transportation. The cleaning staff maintained the hotel with diligence.

Amazing Beachfront Hotel Experience!

I had two rooms. A twin room sea view and one for my parents. the rooms were spacious with great balcony views. the hotel provides very easy beach access and a convenient decking path along its length. the location is close to many restaurants.

the poolside bar cooked fries and it created a noticeable smell of old oil at times.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I found them quick at check-in and check-out. the receptionist assisted with taxi arrangements to the airport due to a delay. they all offered great support .
