i was so thrilled with the VIP beach access, the chairs with umbrellas were fantastic. included towels by the pool was such a nice perk, i never had to worry about bringing my own. the restaurant was amazing, every meal was like a special treat and the rooms were divine. the oceanfront views from my room were unreal, i could have stared at the water all day.

The walls felt thin at times.

the suite had really good views of the ocean from the 14th floor. i found the whole place flawlessly clean. there was plenty of space and amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. i would return without hesitation.

i found the absence of complimentary water in the room disappointing, irrespective of the tap water's potability.

the valets were unpleasant. they seem interested in only tips. you must leave immediately if you do not tip and there is no time to unload suitcases. there isn't even a water bottle in the rooms. i consider it unacceptable.
