limited space low shower pressure
the room felt smaller than i hoped. it was advertised as a superior king room, but the space was quite limited. the bathroom felt particularly cramped, i struggled to move around comfortably. the shower pressure was also quite low, and it made it difficult to have a good wash.

lovely stay
warm staff comfortable bed quality products
i found the staff warm and cute. the room had a lovely design, and the bed provided great comfort. the hospitality tray included quality products that i appreciated.

the superior king room included thoughtful touches, like a fridge with water. fresh milk and cookies were also available upon arrival. the en-suite bathroom featured tasteful decor and modern fixtures.

Staff members offered assistance with directions and local attractions. check-in was quick and efficient. The reception area was always staffed. the team addressed inquiries promptly and professionally.

I noticed the breakfast menu featured a wide range of hot items. the full english breakfast included well-cooked, quality produce. pastries and cereals were available. Though selection could be more diverse.

fantastic stay!
english breakfast cute vibe
the breakfast was super, i liked the full english. the room decor was nice, especially the little radio playing classical music when i arrived! (it created such a cute vibe).

adequate but not really good
limited outlets dusty plants
the room felt cramped even though it was a superior double room. i struggled to find enough outlets for my devices a real inconvenience. housekeeping overlooked dusting the fake plants dust coated the leaves. this small detail detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.
