A Cozy Stay
cozy roomfriendly stafffree carparkout of service lift
The room was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly. The car park was spacious and free, a great convenience. A bus stop is directly in front of the building.
I encountered a minor inconvenience. The lift was out of service. This meant using the stairs. This was a bit tiring after a long day.
Rooms
9/10
My room had comfortable beds and provided a quiet atmosphere. The temperature control system worked efficiently. I enjoyed the convenience of in-room coffee and tea facilities.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel includes a restaurant. The restaurant served breakfast with many options available. There is convenient access to public transportation as well because a bus stop is nearby the entrance.

The location had a bus stop just outside. That was acceptable.
The outside looks a bit unloved. I noticed the rooms are a bit tired. The lift was out of service .

acceptable stay, but issues noted
ideal locationout of service liftdirty carpet
the breakfast was decent. the location was ideal with a co-op nearby.
The lift was out of service. all the rooms are upstairs. It seems the lift has been out of service for some time. the room still has the old premier inn design with a lot of things needing maintenance like the carpet and bathroom floor which were visibly dirty.

Mixed Experience, Some Positives, Notable Issues
friendly stafffaulty air conditioningflooded parking lot
The staff were friendly (the best thing about the hotel!).
The air conditioning did not work. A chocolate bar left in the shade melted because the room was so warm. Breakfast was also disappointing. Everything was cold, including the baked beans. The parking lot was flooded.
