the pools were nice! i loved that there were multiple pools. i spent hours swimming and relaxing in the water. the grounds had beautiful plants and trees throughout. it seemed like a romantic wonderland. the resort created a steam with koi and waterlilies. this added to the beautiful atmosphere. the staff was friendly and obliging.

the lobby was in an open space. if you arrive early or have to wait, it is unpleasant. the jacuzzi was not clean. there were bugs crawling on the shower walls. if that were not enough, the water was brown. it affected the shower, tap, and jacuzzi.

the telephone in my room rang each morning and disrupted my sleep, even after it was supposedly fixed.
