Some issues at this hotel.

inefficient communication untrained staff

The on-site restaurant was very good.

Communications before arrival were not efficient. I found this frustrating. There was NO heating in the room, and the temperature outside was around 12 degrees Celsius. While the staff seemed friendly, I don't think they had proper training.

the room i was given didn't match the photos i saw online (i was expecting something different). getting a different room would have cost extra. this felt unfair.

The on-site restaurant used local produce from the farm , I enjoyed this. The staff were friendly . I found the location quite peaceful , set back from busy roads.

My room did not resemble the photos I saw. I asked to change rooms , the price was increased considerably. There was nobody at reception , it was hard to find someone.
