the room i was in had an extractor fan , made noise and blew cold air. the bathroom was freezing! i contacted nick by text because the bell by reception didn't work.

The location was very convenient and close to the beach.
I experienced an issue with the shower. It only provided either very hot or very cold water. The TV had poor reception, disappointing, especially in the evenings (I had hoped to relax).

friendly staffexcellent hostthin walls
the staff were very friendly and helpful. i felt very welcome, and nick was an excellent host. breakfast offered lots of choice and the quality was great.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. this made it a bit difficult to relax fully at times. a bit more soundproofing would be beneficial.

the location is excellent, close to the promenade and beach, which are just a short walk away. it is also conveniently located about ten minutes walk from the town center. this makes it easy to access both the beach and local amenities.

the b&b is well-kept, with a cute communal area where guests can relax. the wifi was also very reliable, providing excellent connectivity. parking is available outside, a great convenience.

The breakfast selection was excellent with fresh options. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. I found the staff helpful, always offering assistance.
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It switched between hot and cold temperatures. This made showering uncomfortable.

Nick and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was cooked to order. Gluten free options are available. The location allows quick access to the beach and the pier.

Breakfast offers good choice. It is cooked well with plenty of it. You choose the breakfast the night before, but can change it. Nick prepares the breakfast himself.

WiFi works well. The building includes a front room . The hotel includes character because it occupies two adjoining Victorian houses. There is local information readily available from Nick.

The hotel allows quick access to the seafront and shops. I appreciated proximity to the sea front. Parking is available outside. Many restaurants are close. The location is really near the water.
