really good stay!!!

convenient location helpful staff

i appreciated the convenient location near the main shopping street. the bus ticket office was just a short walk away. the staff was also helpful and polite. the air conditioning was efficient and quiet, i must say.

the comfort room i booked was quite small and sparsely furnished. there was little space for our belongings. the separate toilet without a washbasin felt unhygienic to me.

i had a superior twin room and it was very quiet. the beds were comfortable. the overall cleanliness was excellent. the service was very kind. i found this hotel to be great overall.

The in-room fridge did not cool enough. We thought it could have been better.

dirty shower grout uncomfortable pillows

My room had some problems. The shower grout was quite dirty. The linens also felt low quality. I also found the pillows to be uncomfortable as they were filled with artificial fluff.

location was very good. room was quiet at night. I found the breakfast good. Iron provided fast after I requested it. I would stay here again.

rooms are tiny, not much space TO get ready. One mirror to share in the bathroom ISN'T great.

The location was central making it easy to walk to many attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection with gluten-free options available upon request.

The water refill station was outside requiring a walk across the courtyard to refill water bottles it was inconvenient.

A Stay with Mixed Impressions

odd layout small room size

The hotel location was convenient , providing easy access to various attractions.

The room size was smaller than expected , and I found the layout odd. The toilet was in a separate room without a sink , which meant walking to the shower room just to wash hands. Also , refilling the water bottle at the fountain across the open courtyard felt more like a chore than a convenience.
