the hotel advertised parking but it was public parking a five minute walk away. there was no space to stop and leave luggage at the entrance. the tv in the room was small. the coffee machine turned out to be a kettle placed on the floor this seemed makeshift.

The location was very convenient, close to the tram and shopping areas. The room was clean and spacious. The staff members were helpful and friendly (Maria and Louis at the front desk were particularly great).

The front desk staff were amazing. They always greeted me with a smile. i really loved the super clean cleanliness throughout the hotel. the location proved convenient. for me, it was close to many restaurants.
the street could get noisy at night. motorcycles roared by frequently. it wasn't a big deal, but slightly annoying!
