The room have awesome space and was super clean, I felt so comfortable. the staff are just the friendliest ever! it is very close to the beach. i really love the on-site swimming pool. It was a super plus!
i found the iron for clothes only available for request during a specific time.

The staff are nice and polite. there is staff who are dedicated to the garden. one staff member, mohamed, is really good. He make sure kids enjoyed and taught kids about turtles.

the bedroom had a balcony with good views. the shower worked very well. the bed was comfortable. breakfast included a buffet. it was relaxed. we were able to choose food and take our time. there were multiple dining rooms. we found a quiet spot.
some furniture seemed slightly worn.

mixed feelings about my stay
good locationloud street noisedecaying building
the location was good, close to many restaurants and shops.
The room i was in had issues, the street noise was VERY LOUD because of poor isolation and the staff gave me different answers regarding the city tax. also, the public parking attendant was aggressive and the general state of the building was decaying. There wasn't any wifi in my room Either.

The hotel offers an all-inclusive experience. The food available met my expectations. Its proximity to the beach IS a HUGE plus. I also found some cheap places to eat very close by..

The room tv didn't work. It was some ancient box tv good only as a shelf. why even bother putting it in the room?

The pool area was a highlight, conveniently located near the beach. Breakfast featured a good variety of options. The common spaces provided a comfortable atmosphere. I found the staff at the front desk to be helpful and the security measures provided a sense of safety.
The absence of air conditioning was a small discomfort.
