the staff was efficient (i was really surprised). my room had great design and had everything i needed. the setting is good, right on the promenade and beach. i found the breakfast was great with lots of choice including an egg station and fruit station.
paying extra for an ocean side view was disappointing. there was no ocean in sight from my room. it felt misleading at the start of the holiday. it left me feeling ripped off.

i found the decor fabulous and breakfast excellent. the staff was so friendly and helpful. the location is great, right on the beach and close to good restaurants. i really appreciate the plentiful breakfast with fresh options.
the open spa and heated pool were not yet available , a bit disappointing.

I found the breakfast spread good. Servers and chefs were cheerful while preparing food. Staff members were helpful and accommodating, even for last-minute requests. They decorated the room for a birthday and provided a tasty cake, a fantastic surprise. I appreciate their caring service and planning my next trip will include this hotel.

The staff demonstrated excellent hospitality from arrival to departure. The pools and the garden area provided great relaxation options. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty choices. The location is convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. I also appreciated the complimentary birthday cake provided in the room.
Service could be slow during peak hours at the pool bar. Waiting times sometimes was superb.

i found NICE restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The pool and beach club were really good. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere the most. The breakfast offered many options. The location and view from my room provided direct beach access. i am already planning my trip back next year

the service i experienced was inconsistent it took a long time to receive a simple coffee one morning. there was also a complete lack of baby changing facilities. the hotel provided a crib it was full of mold. i found this frustrating and unacceptable
