The beach access was fantastic. Probably one of the best access points in the hotel zone with a wide, clean beach.
The customer service was disappointing. Check-in took forever, the reception area lacked air conditioning, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, offering slow service.

Abraham at the swim-up bar provided really good service. i got the all-inclusive package. i extended my stay by two nights. the beach was so real. I figured the pictures were photoshopped but i was wrong. it was as magical as can be, with such unreal views.
The air humidity felt a little too high in the room. I couldn't get it quite right regardless of the settings i tried. it was a very slight inconvenience.

The beautiful double room was thoroughly modern and comfortable. It had clean linens and fixtures. the beds and pillows offered such comfort. I could relax and rest easily. the room had everything i could ask for.

The hotel offered many activities daily. there was a lovely pool. I found it very nice! the breakfast buffet offered many choices, including mexican and international cuisine. It suited every taste. accessing the beach directly from the hotel was easy.

The staff provided great service and care. The all-inclusive package had a wide selection of cocktails. I enjoyed these by the pools and on the beach. The beach area is well maintained and cleaned daily. I found it beautiful. My room on the 10th floor had a partial sea view. It was superb.
The hotel had two specialty restaurants, but getting a reservation proved difficult.

The resort offered great value. Food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive experience. I enjoyed the variety! Staff members were consistently friendly. I also appreciated the afternoon treats like ceviche and fruit that were handed out by the pool.
The check-in process took an extended amount of time upon arrival.

Our room included two large comfortable beds. Staff provided daily cleaning services which kept the room super clean. The room was well-equipped and I found everything I needed for a convenient stay.
