a tender escape
attentive staff late-night cravings ferry service good escape
I adored the attentive staff. they remembered our preferences. the 24-hour snack bar was convenient for late-night cravings. i appreciated the ferry service to isla mujeres located right next to the hotel. The short trip provided a good escape.
The timeshare representatives were persistent. I found them a bit intrusive at times.

the four restaurants served pretty nice food. convenient bars let us fully enjoy the perks of the all-inclusive formula. albatros restaurant included pepe, a very friendly waiter, always smiling. easy to deal with.

The staff here speak english, french, and espagnol. amado is so charming. rooms are cleans and they provide surprises. We came here in couple and are loving it. great place to go.

excellent stay at this beachside hotel
clean room helpful staff delicious buffet convenient snack bar
i stayed here for several nights and found it very clean. the staff was helpful and kind making me feel welcome. my room had a balcony overlooking the water. the variety of food at the buffet was plentiful especially breakfast lunch and dinner. i also enjoyed the convenience of the 24-hour snack bar.
i found that the entertaiment could improve it needed to be more spontaneus to envolved all ages.

the hotel features a pool area with ample loungers there is also a small gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a direct beach access is available to all the guests. the premises are very clean.

the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a variety of options. i found three additional restaurants including mexican italian and seafood available by reservation. a 24 hour snack bar provides convenient access to food at any time. drinks were made well at the lobby bar.

the hotel is situated on the beachfront providing easy access to the sea. a short walk leads to a ferry terminal which offers trips to isla mujeres. several shops and restaurants are located in walking distance. the hotel is located in a safe and accessible area.

the staff throughout the hotel was always respectful and helpful. the receptionists at the front desk were friendly and provided all necessary information. waiters around the pool area are quick with orders. the housekeeping service kept my room very clean every day.
