The noise from the road Kept me awake most nights. The mopeds made it difficult TO sleep. earplugs offered little help AGAINST the Constant beeping.

the receptionist upgraded my room upon arrival! it was a suite with a sea view. the room was spacious and very clean. the shower had great water pressure, refreshing after a day at the beach. the staff kept the poolside clean, and the bar staff provided prompt drink service.

The hotel's location near a busy road made it a bit noisy at times. Light sleepers might need earplugs.

I stayed for several nights and enjoyed every moment, especially the friendly staff. housekeeping maintained cleanliness, and the food variety was great. i particularly appreciated the well-organized service and respect from all employees. I will return. the spa services were a welcome bonus after a day at the beach

The coffee machines sometimes malfunctioned, dispensing only water or milk when i wanted a latte. This minor inconvenience did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience i had. otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I found the staff very kind and polite. The cleanliness rate was high. The location is near the city center. All these aspects. I especially appreciated the daily room service. Fresh towels were provided. Live cooking stations had omelets freshly cooked for breakfast.

The hotel is split between two buildings. To access some facilities, guests must cross a busy road. Drivers do not always stop at the zebra crossings.

The hotel is centrally located between two towns and it is easy to access transportation. Public transportation is readily available. The bus to either town takes about 5-15 minutes. The location is convenient for exploring both areas.

The food options include fresh food and live cooking stations. Guests can get omelets cooked to order for breakfast. There is also a waffle and coffee station available throughout the day. Staff bring ice cream and iced coffees to guests by the pool.

the hotel staff were so friendly! the food was delicious and there was so much choice every day. i also really liked that the rooms were kept spotlessly clean

the hotel felt a bit grubby in places, especially the wallpaper in the stairs. plus, our room overlooked the carpark, so it was not the best view. the sunbeds near the pool were stacked really close together. there was barely any room to move around!

mixed feelings after my stay

worn wallpaper rushed cocktails

My second visit wasn't as good as the first. the hotel seems a bit worn now. i saw rips in the wallpaper near the stairs plus some wallpaper hanging loose in the toilets. also, the cocktail quality suffered because the bartenders made them way too quickly. they just tossed the ingredients together. It definitely affected the taste.
