convenient spot near the beach

sea view free parking friendly staff

the location was nice near the beach and shopping area. my 5th floor room offered sea views and a glimpse of maspalomas dunes. free parking was available right outside. the friendly staff created a relaxed atmosphere i liked.

the dinner options felt too limited lacking variety throughout the week. there were few dessert choices and side options. a bottle of wine started at a high price too.

the room included a fridge microwave kettle sink and double hot plates it contained all the necessary items for a kitchenette. the space felt quite clean and tidy which was helpful.

the hotel staff members were very kind and helpful . i noticed some staff like omar maria carmen azahara and carolina providing excellent service. cleaning staff kept the premises super clean , made it even better.

mixed experience with breakfast issues

limited fruit poor breakfast

the breakfast was not good despite good reviews i had read. the cooked items looked terrible and the scrambled eggs were the worst i ever saw. limited fruit was on offer. warm orange juice came from a machine. the hotel did not reimburse the money that i paid upfront for the breakfast. it put a downer on my stay.

the staff at the hotel were wonderful. the reception staff are available and always helpful. the cleaners kept the place super clean (i appreciate that!). the pool was clean with cleaning happening every morning.

i found the wifi connection to be somewhat unstable .

the hotel's location is convenient, close to the beach and restaurants. it is a short walk to the san agustin shopping center with its shops and supermarket. the walkways nearby offered easy access to explore.
