the staff at reception spoke english very well and they were helpful. the room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. i think this hotel will be my choice next time. breakfast was top notch and i enjoyed the option to have a glass of champagne with it.
i felt the hotel was average during my four night stay. the room had no view and i didn't know how the air conditioner worked. the hotel seemed like it needed an update.

the hotel location is near the train station, about a 20 minute walk. the neighborhood safe area. i could use uber for transport, but the metro system seemed clean.

The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions. secure parking was available, i appreciated it. the snack bar food was tasty. I enjoyed the options. the location made walking convenient. the park near the hotel was beautiful.
