The hotel offered a laundry room with free washing facilities on Level 8 (I used it twice!). A convenience store is conveniently located within the hotel premises.

I noticed the outdoor pool was rather compact.

convenience store morning walks quick access

the hotel offers a 24/7 convenience store. It was very useful, for I could buy snacks and drinks anytime. the promenade behind the hotel made my morning walks very nice. I enjoyed having quick access to it for relaxation.

i found waiting for the elevators took more than 10 minutes. it WAS A BIT frustrating during peak hours.

The room had a spacious, clean, and comfortable design. It had everything I needed. The location IS hard to beat. It sits right on the beachfront. The staff was customer-focused.

The outdoor pool was REALLY tiny. It felt more like a large jacuzzi than a full pool. The elevators were a NIGHTMARE. I always had to wait. The limited English TV channels were a DISAPPOINTMENT.

The hotel has in-hotel facilities such as a gym, a convenience store, and Starbucks. The location is close to Haeundae beach. Attentive and helpful staff offered good service. I thought it had so much to offer.

The elevators had delays at times. I waited for long.
