fabulous interior comfortable bedroom excellent treat incorrect information staff argument no improvement

The interior was fabulous, especially the architecture. the bedroom was very comfortable. I had good sleep. afternoon tea with champagne and breakfast refreshments were an excellent treat.

four of them provided incorrect information, perhaps because their english was not good. they argued with me later, though i spoke with the duty manager. He did not improve my stay.

Excellent Oceanfront Escape

my premier double room ocean view had lovely views from the balcony. The sea stretched endlessly in front of me (it was like sailing on a luxury cruise). The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom included modern fixtures. I enjoyed the loungewith a relaxed vibe and a beautiful terrace area.

i was told to wait for breakfast, then i observed a couple being seated before me. i found it disappointing that guests are treated differently. the receptionist also asked us to return to the room to get one of the keys.

amazing experience

five-star service great facilities amazing view useful pool

the hotel had true five-star service! facilities were also great. i loved the location, especially the amazing view from the outside pool. when it rained, the indoor pool was useful.

the english-speaking staff could have been more fluent and easier to understand.

The hotel is right on the beach. It's very easy to access the sand and sea. the nearby area includes shops and restaurants making it easy to find necessities and dining options. haeundae beach is directly accessible from the hotel.

the concierge team provided great recommendations for local spots and arranged taxi rides. i particularly thank kir at the concierge desk for their efforts. the staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with any request.

The indoor and outdoor pools have lifeguards and offered wonderful views. the fitness equipment is state of the art. It includes treadmills and weight machines. i appreciated the availability of complimentary water and nespresso in the room.

The lounge on the 8th floor was a highlight. Grace greeted us every morning with a smile. the complimentary champagne each evening was lovely! there is also a mall with many options, including starbucks and a minimart.
