My stay was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the hotel had a nice and modern feel with great food options. On the other hand, I faced significant issues like leaking ceilings and a lack of customer service at times. While the room eventually worked out, the complications with maintenance weren't ideal for a relaxing trip.
