the staffs are always there and very helpful. they are friendly and always ready to help. the room was clean, and they have now free tea and coffee, i liked it.

the shower had issues with the plumbing. water went down really slowly. the carpet was like it had several layers underneath, it wasnt good.

i enjoyed the helpful staff, they always open the door. (i not sketchy at all!) the location is unbeatable for getting around. the cleanliness was pretty good, everything felt fresh.

the ventilation in the room wasn't amazing. i stayed in a double room, there was only thin single-pane glass, made outside noises very noticeable.

i found the staff to be very helpful and kind throughout my stay. the location proved fantastic as it was a short walk to major train stations. i especially liked the coffee and tea service available in the lobby (a nice touch!). the room itself felt safe and well-lit.

the narrow, slippery stairs made it difficult to navigate with my suitcase, especially on the top floor.

I found the location great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel has a unique layout with many stairs but I managed fine.

I did notice a small stain on the carpet.

street noisehot room

The street outside was quite noisy, it seemed to never quiet down. My room was on the top floor, it got surprisingly warm (even without summer). I had to keep the window open. That didn't help much with the noise. It was hard to fall asleep and I woke up early thanks to the ongoing commotion (I swear I heard a cat fight at 4 AM).
