The location is great, i thought. south kensington underground station is close and the area felt quiet (a nice contrast to other parts of the city). the staff were friendly. I had no issues getting extra towels. the continental breakfast offered a decent range, including sweet and savory options. the lounge and breakfast area has a modern design, i noticed.

way too many emails arrived before i arrived. the double room was tiny, barely enough room to walk around with open suitcases, i thought.

reception staff are available and helpful at all times, they quickly provided extra supplies like soap and towels. the staff facilitated luggage storage on the departure day, i saw them doing this for multiple guests. self check-in and check-out are streamlined.

the hotel sits in a quiet residential area of chelsea, offering a peace all around. it is close to south kensington underground station. this provides easy access to different parts of the city. a good restaurant is pretty much next door, i noticed.
