the receptionist ron provided excellent assistance and was very friendly. the room was consistently clean. the breakfast was very good and helped save money. the location is a short walk to the train station.

a TRUE GEM near paddington!

station proximity delicious breakfast friendly people

i adored how close it was to Paddington station. some buses also leave nearby and go to different areas. it was a short walk to Lancaster Gate Tube Station also. the english breakfast served each morning was so delicious. all the people working at the hotel were friendly.

our room overlooked an alleyway and a nearby building. i think the room could have benefited from blackout curtains to keep out the streetlight at night. it was a minor issue, but it affected my sleep somewhat.

the staff was very friendly they were cute i stored my luggage after check out the hotel provided a complimentary drink voucher for the pub across the road the breakfast included cereal fruit full english options and pastries

staff was very helpful. i got discounted tickets and taxi bookings. breakfast had many options. location was great, very close to paddington station. i enjoyed the short walk to hyde park. there was a good bus service available too.

the lift being next to the door was a little noisy. i heard it often.

hot selection convenient location cramped shower weak air conditioning

Breakfast included a hot selection of items like beans and eggs. The location was close to Paddington Station I found that convenient.

The shower area inside the room was cramped I had to hold the shower head. The air conditioning was not cold enough for my liking.
