faulty air conditioning loud music
The staff was helpful during check-in. It was an acceptable experience.
The room was not what I expected. The air conditioning did not work properly, and I could not control the temperature. Loud music from the bar downstairs kept me awake late into the night. I would not return.

wonderful experience!
lovely staff clean room comfy bed great heating
i found the staff quite lovely. the room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. the heating worked amazingly well, i needed it . the hotel's location near various food places and a morrisons was beneficial.
the bathroom floor had areas that looked not fully cleaned, specifically behind the door.

my room was nice. and tidy. it offered a lot of space, even though there were three people. the beds were comfortable. for sleeping. the room felt comfortable too.

The hotel is situated above a lovely spacious pub. I really liked the pub, the only downside was the breakfast, it was not great, i would like to see some changes in the menu.

spacious bedroom new lighting
The bedroom was spacious. It looked nice. The room looked to have been recently upgraded with new lighting and light switches, also the bath and shower controls.
The carpet floor was pretty dirty

a romantic escape
friendly staff quiet room large bath
i felt welcomed by the friendly staff. the room was surprisingly quiet (i usually have trouble sleeping in new places). i had a wonderful large bath. i really enjoyed the biscuits available with the coffee station.
i noticed a small chip of wood missing from the desk in my room (but it hardly detracted from my stay).

the hotel offers convenient access to nearby shops and eateries. a supermarket is very close, a great benefit for picking up essentials. the tube station is about a ten-minute walk, easy for getting around.

the staff at reception were friendly and available at all hours. they were always happy to help (i felt completely cared for). housekeeping did a really wonderful job daily to maintain the room.

the hotel's location provides quick access to the city center. a bus stop is situated right in front of the hotel for easy transportation. westfield is easily accessible, perfect for an enjoyable outing.
