average stay. some issues observed

convenient locationfaulty air conditioninglimited channel
the location was certainly a plus, proving convenient for nearby attractions.
The air conditioning in my room was non-functional upon arrival. I later learned it had been intentionally disabled. a fan was provided, but it was visibly broken and ineffective given the external temperature near 30°. only one tv channel was available. Staff attempted a fix, yet the issue persisted after their departure.

limited breakfast varietymissing dinner ingredient
The experience wasn't quite up to par this time. the breakfast lacked the variety i remember from past visits, and the quality seemed diminished. also, dinner was a bit of a letdown. Ingredients listed on the menu were missing from my plate. i didn't receive an apology or any adjustment to the bill.

i found the location perfect for visiting kew gardens. i appreciated the secure parking offered free of charge. the breakfast was good , with a good variety of options. my room was well-appointed , and everything was clean.
i noticed the carpet was a bit tatty. i also thought the shower room showed some mould. using the shower for extended periods was difficult because of drainage issues. the pillows were not of the best quality either , a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast was a real letdown! it was probably the worst i have ever had. the poached eggs were hard boiled. Not soft at all. also the toast came only half buttered. It was really strange. the staff didn't seem too bothered when i mentioned it. That was frustrating
