fresh fruitcalm atmosphere
the location near paddington station proved useful. i liked the fresh fruit available in the relaxation areas the library provided a calm atmosphere i also found convenient access to a nearby laundromat.

I found the scent throughout the corridors very good. The room offered ample space for luggage and personal items, I was kinda surprised. The beds were indeed comfortable, and I certainly appreciated the inclusion of bathrobes. Breakfast had amazing options.
The air-conditioning unit , which was external , made quite a noticeable hum that slightly detracted from the otherwise nothing noisy.

The café and restaurant on the ground floor has outside space, IT looked very inviting for morning coffee. The restaurant promotes sustainable practices for people who believe in the importance of preserving the planet.

The room was very clean , and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom appears modern and features nice toiletries plus amenities. There IS a library where you could drink coffee or tea.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, VERY convenient. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. The staff trusted me to borrow an umbrella for the whole day , which i appreciate.

The location IS near Paddington station, a short walk. It is on a quiet and safe street. The hotel Is within easy reach of Paddington and Marble Arch.

the staff was helpful, they assisted with directions. the location was close to the train station, which simplified travel. i found complimentary tea and coffee in the reception, that was a nice addition.
my room was different from what i booked, it was small and dark. the window faced the dining room corridor, it was noisy.
