I found the staff very friendly. they let me check in early and always accommodated my requests. housekeeping came every day. the location worked well. It is near bus stops. the showers seemed modern and worked well, a real plus.
the room got too hot. it was on the top floor, and even with the fan and window open, it was uncomfortably warm at night.

The staff was very helpful and informative from check-in through departure. Breakfast was included, and the service was perfect. The owners served guests directly, a personal touch I appreciated. It is a good walking distance to the underground stations and sites.
The room pictures posted online did not perfectly match the actual room. The room felt small and it was located on the fourth floor.

The location is excellent, with easy walking distance to Big Ben. I also appreciated proximity to the subway stations and bus routes. Traveling throughout the city was convenient from this spot.
