I was able to leave my luggage before check-in. the receptionist was very helpful. I got my key in advance since i would be back late from a play. this meant i could go straight to bed after a long day. the location is great. The train station and subway are very close.
the room was a bit small, i didn't expect that, but it didn't bother me much.

i found the location quite convenient for accessing transportation hubs i appreciated the proximity to st pancras station it made my travel arrangements straightforward the staff was helpful with directions and information regarding local amenities i felt secure with the hotel's security measures.
my room faced a busy street and street noise was audible throughout the night the thin curtains let in a lot of light early in the morning this made it difficult to sleep soundly.
