the room was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful . the air-conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. breakfast was amazing!!!

The elevator was a bit slow. I just took the stairs.

The location was great with easy access to multiple subway stations. This allowed quick connections to all main lines. The breakfast service was very good. Staff were attentive. I found the staff professional. I look forward to returning here in the future.

The room was slightly small. There was limited space for luggage storage which caused some inconvenience.

My room had windows, and the air conditioning worked. A lift got me to the top floor easily. The tea and coffee setup was convenient, and I could use a hairdryer. I was so glad!

The room seemed a bit small, maybe smaller than the advertised size. The staff was not very friendly when I asked for help. The internet was sometimes unstable, it was annoying for video calls, twice.

convenient location kensington gardens slow lift soft mattress

the location was convenient, close to the underground, and kensington gardens was nearby.

The small lift was quite slow, it was on the 5th floor and using the stairs after a long day wasn't ideal. The mattress felt too soft with a dip in the middle, hard to get a good night's sleep.

the location is AMAZING, just a short walk from kensington gardens! the staff were super friendly and helpful, i really appreciated their assistance. our room was clean and quiet.

The bed in my room felt quite small, it impacted my sleep a little. i also noticed a bug on the bed frame. I didn't see it removed for the four nights i stayed. plus, the lift was very slow, it was a bit of a wait each time!
