sea view good location super clean room poor service rude behavior loud fan
the location is good. My double room sea view had direct views of the pier. The price was reasonable AND the room was super clean. I enjoyed my stay.
the customer service I received was not satisfactory. I was told I needed ID, but I got no reassurance over the phone and I felt i was spoken to rudely. On arrival, no one was at reception and i needed TO wait. the loud fan in the room was distracting.

friendly staff clean room coffee facility
the staff was friendly. the room was clean upon arrival. it featured coffee and tea facilities. the location was lovely as it was close to everything. the bed provided such comfort i slept so well.
the hotel needs a small update.

prime location spacious room
I found the location excellent, situated directly across from the pier. The room was quite spacious and included a fridge. It was a pleasant surprise to discover a cooked breakfast was available, beyond the expected continental options.
The parking situation presented a minor inconvenience. I could not find any staff to get the car park ticket until 2 PM
