the staff were very helpful when i arrived late. they arranged access to my room out of hours, so i had no trouble. the instructions they gave were clear. i had a kettle and sugar in the room too.

the shower quality was poor, and it looked dirty. there was also mould in the shower. the air conditioner fell apart when i used it. the walls seemed thin and i heard noise from people coming in late.

the shower water temperature was unstable. it fluctuated between icy, cold, and mild. there was no consistently warm setting and that was a nuisance.

the room was excellent, clean and also well decorated. plenty of plugs and great facilities existed, like iron and board. i found a hairdryer and kettle with coffee. the provided water bottle and biscuits were a nice touch.

my sink kept leaking and would constantly spray water in front of me. this happened randomly, getting me soaked several times.

I found the room spacious and very clean, it had great amenities. The bed was very comfy! Check-in was easy, and all the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The location proved good for access to local transport links and the Excel.

I noticed a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but it wasn't too bad.
